Sparky’s Wish List – Partnering for Fire-Safe Communities

The City of Poughkeepsie Fire Department invites members of the community to support the purchase of life-saving fire safety educational materials. These items are a critical component of community education programs, but are being cut back in lean economic times. To help, the National Fire Protection Association has created Sparky’s Wish List: Partnering for Fire-Safe Communities, an online resource for fire departments to create registries for Fire Prevention Week materials. Businesses and the public can fulfill departments’ wish lists and provide these important educational materials for their communities. Materials start at just $12, so even a modest purchase can help!

To learn more visit www.sparkyswishlist.org/give  and search by City/State.  If you have further questions, please do not hesitate to contact the City of Poughkeepsie Fire Department at (845) 451-4079.

Thank you.
