The City of Poughkeepsie Industrial Development Agency (IDA) is a public benefit corporation established under Section 856 of the New York State Industrial Development Agency Act of the State of New York and Chapter 73 of the Laws of 1970 of the State. The IDA was established to encourage economic growth within the City of Poughkeepsie, New York.
