About
The purpose of this site is to help guide visitors and City residents to the many events taking place during the Walkway Over the Hudson Grand Opening Celebration. Please click on the 3 tabs above the map for additional event locations and parking information.
Free parking will be available during the events at select City of Poughkeepsie parking facilities (see map above for locations). A free shuttle will also be making stops at all parking facilities and event locations on Friday and Saturday.

Sunday in the Park
Shuttle Service from Dutchess Community College Parking Lot "D" to Parker Avenue will be available on Sunday from 11am to 7pm. Handicapped Parking is available at the Walkway Over the Hudson parking lot (across from 58 Parker Avenue).
The day's events will include:
- 8am: Rooftops to Tree Tops: 5K Run hosted by Mid-Hudson Runners
- 8am - 7pm: Public access to the Walkway Over the Hudson State Historic Park
