Parking Division

The Parking Division operates and maintains off-street parking facilities and lots for the residents of the City of Poughkeepsie and its visitors. It also sells and bills for discount monthly parking permits and provides residential parking permits.

Business Permit

  • $55 per month
  • 3.5% convenience fee applies

Resident / Student Permit

  • $30 per month
  • $2 per month convenience fee applies

Parking Meter Information

Enforcement of street meters is Monday through Friday, 8 am to 6 pm. The parking rate is $0.25 per 15 minutes for a maximum 2-hour period.
