The City of Poughkeepsie and Dutchess County Transportation Council have released the Poughkeepsie Downtown Parking Improvement Plan’s Final Report and Action Plan. Led by the consultant team of Nelson Nygaard and Behan Planning, this is the culmination of a year-long study to document the city’s existing parking issues within the downtown and to make actionable recommendations for improvements that can be implemented in the short-term, medium-term and long-term.
